Optima Bemanning AB is a staffing and recruitment company focused on heavy industry. We operate on behalf of clients throughout Sweden. Our headquarters is located in Östergötland.

We are looking for two skilled TIG welders for our client in Tierp.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and is an experienced TIG welder in both black and stainless steel. You are proficient in welding with backing gas and often use backing bars in thin-walled materials.

Furthermore, you are independent and a problem solver, but you have no issues discussing and ventilating work processes with your colleagues. In the team, you are a good listener and communicator.

You have a high school diploma and several years of industrial experience.

You are familiar with various tasks in a workshop and have no trouble reading and understanding welding drawings. You can use a tape measure and calipers to measure the materials to be welded.

Your knowledge of TIG welding is crucial for delivering quality work, and our client and their end customer have specific requirements for strength and surface finish.
